Exploring Downtown Boulder

I took some time to explore downtown Boulder on Saturday afternoon with my husband. Finding parking was a breeze which got our excursion off to a great start.

Tip: Parking garages are FREE on Saturday and Sunday in Boulder. Awesome!

We walked only a few minutes away from our parking garage to stumble upon some street tacos for lunch. Delicious 🌮

Strolling through the bustling streets of downtown brought along beautiful signs of spring.

I couldn’t leave without checking out the three levels of Boulder Book Store. Somehow I always end up in the travel section…

It was a quick drive outside of Denver to a cute town full of colorful restaurants and shops. For my next excursion to Boulder I would love do a hike, find an excellent coffee roaster, and possibly a brewery tour. More adventures await!

  1. Hike Mt. Sanitas, grab a coffee at either the Laughing Goat or Trident Booksellers, and tour Avery Brewing. (Although New Belgium brewing in Fort Collins has far and away the best brewery tour in the state, FYI). A visit to Chataqua park to hike the Flatirons Loop trail is also highly recommended.
